The deals your captive declined aren't dead — they're ours.
Same-day callbacks. Programs across every credit tier. Direct line to a real underwriter — not a queue. We've spent 22 years building the program network specifically to fund the customers your in-house captive declined.
What you gain as a referring dealer
- Close more deals. Turn dead files into delivered trucks and iron. We approve and close many of the files we look at.
- Same-day callbacks. We pick up the phone. Most A/B-paper decisions in 24–48 hours.
- You stay the dealer of record. We work the deal in the background. Your customer relationship stays yours.
- Direct underwriting access. We submit the deal, we work the underwriting, you don't get bounced.
- Real partner relationships. Your TAC rep is a named human, available by direct line and text.
- Backup for your in-house finance manager when their primary financing source says no.
How we work together
- You send us the deal. Customer's app, ID, equipment info — that's it. Email or direct submission.
- We match it to the right program. Across every credit tier. Captive declined? Doesn't matter — we have specialty programs that fund those exact files.
- You close. Your customer relationship stays yours. Repeat as often as you like.
How to get set up
When a dealer calls us for the first time, it usually works best to get set up on the first deal you send our way. We'd rather show you what we can do for one of your customers than ask you to fill out a stack of paperwork up front.
Generally, the formal dealer setup happens when we go to fund that first deal together. No need to chase signatures on agreements if you don't yet know what we can do.
What we need to look at a first deal:
- The customer's credit application (your standard intake works — or use ours if you'd rather)
- Equipment information (year, make, model, VIN/serial if available, price)
- A copy of the customer's ID
- Whatever you already have on the customer — bank statements, financials, tax returns if applicable
What we need to formally set up the dealer relationship (typically collected at funding):
- Dealer agreement and W-9
- Voided check or wire instructions for funding
- Resale / dealer license
- Insurance certificate
Send us a deal first. We'll handle the setup paperwork on the back end so you can keep selling.
Dealers who use us
"I have been in sales at SelecTrucks of Greensboro since 1998 and have dealt with multiple finance companies over the years. I have been dealing with Trust Alliance Capital and my account manager, Spencer, for about 6 years now. Trust Alliance Capital is my ONLY alternative finance company in the industry. Spencer is absolutely the most personable and responsive person that I have ever dealt with in the industry. Spencer, thanks for all you do!" — David, SelecTrucks of Greensboro, NC (6-year TAC dealer)
"My account manager, Spencer, is great to work with. It's important to me that the lender takes care of my customers and he does just that. He is great with follow up and is a man of his word." — Andy, Dad's Truck Sales, Idaho Falls, ID
"I have been working with my account manager, Spencer, for the past 18 months. He has been very helpful in putting deals together, even if they were questionable on credit. His follow-up is what makes it a pleasure to do business with him." — Mike, West Carolina Freightliner, Hickory, NC
"I work for Houston Freightliner Selectrucks and I have dealt with my account manager, Logan, on a few deals in the past. He's always been extremely responsive and a huge help to our customers finding great financing options. Logan helped my most recent customer get a low down payment and exact terms he was looking for. I would highly recommend Trust Alliance Capital and Logan." — Blake, Houston Freightliner Selectrucks, TX
"I recently worked with Spencer Sessions on getting financing for a used truck. I tried several other places and they could not get anything done. Spencer was able to get the customer financed, and I would highly recommend him and Trust Alliance Capital as a source for financing commercial trucks." — Bobby Janutolo, Triad Freightliner of TN
Recently placed for dealer customers
A sample of the dealer-referred deals we've closed in the last few months:
- Used semi for an owner-operator with prior BK. Dealer's captive declined. We placed it on a specialty B/C-credit program.
- Husband-and-wife OTR team buying a Kenworth W900. Bank pre-approved then declined on stipulations. We funded zero down by structuring a third-party warranty.
- First-time owner-op with no fleet history. CDL holder going independent. Approved with a meaningful down payment, no money down on a follow-up second truck.
- Used dump truck for a contractor with a discharged Chapter 7. Funded through a credit-tier program with adjusted terms.
- Trailer for an established small fleet. Quick-turnaround app-only deal, competitive pricing, repeat customer.
- Used excavator from a different brand's dealer. The original brand's captive wouldn't fund off-brand iron — we did.
- Multi-line construction equipment package — skid steer plus attachments bundled into a single deal for a hardscape contractor.
- Specialized manufacturing equipment for a startup LLC. $1M deal with cross-corporate guarantee structure the local bank wouldn't touch.
Names and dealers redacted for privacy. Real placements, real customers.
