From a used Haas to a Trumpf laser — 22 years of manufacturing equipment financing.

Job shops, contract manufacturers, fabricators, machine shops. Strong-credit shops come to us for fast underwriting without the bank paperwork shuffle. Newer shops and startups come to us because we have programs for the deals traditional banks decline. We've structured complex manufacturing deals others wouldn't touch — including a recent $1M startup-LLC lathe purchase the local bank refused to look at.

What this looks like in practice

In January 2026, a brand-new startup LLC came to us looking to finance $1 million in specialized contact-lens manufacturing lathes. The company had been formed by three operators of a profitable established business who wanted to vertically integrate — manufacturing their own specialty product instead of relying on slow, unreliable third-party suppliers.

The deal had every reason a generalist lender would decline:

  • A brand-new LLC with no operating history
  • Highly specialized manufacturing equipment with a limited resale market
  • Multiple board members brand new to the company
  • The owners wanted to offer only one or two personal guarantors — not every member of the new company, which is non-standard for a startup file

Their local bank wouldn't open the file. We read it differently.

The new manufacturing LLC was owned by operators with clean credit and a profitable existing business backing the deal. The thin-resale concern on the lathes was real, but it was offset by the strength of the parent operation. We structured the financing using a cross-corporate guarantee from the related operating business — giving us a strong secondary obligor without forcing every new member of the manufacturing company to personally guarantee. We worked the file through a specialty program built for complex structures like this and got them approved with strong terms.

They closed in January. The new manufacturing company is up and running.

$1 million. Specialized manufacturing equipment. A brand-new LLC. A non-standard guarantor structure. A deal the local bank refused to look at. We knew how to read the file and structure it.

Frequently asked

Can I finance equipment for a startup machine shop? Yes, if you qualify. We have programs for startup shops with strong personal credit and a meaningful down payment.

Do you finance used machine tools? Yes. Year and hours caps depend on the program, but we fund used machine tools outside the dealer's finance-company age limits.

How fast can you finance a deal? Often 3 to 5 business days. Can be sooner or take longer depending on how quickly insurance can be obtained.

Is there a maximum deal size? No upper limit with full financials. App-only programs typically up to $250,000.
