Equipment financing for dental, chiropractic, and veterinary practices — soft pull, same-day answers.

A dentist adding a third operatory with an A-dec chair and a cone-beam CT. A chiropractor replacing two adjusting tables and adding decompression. A veterinary clinic financing a digital radiography suite and a surgical table. Practice equipment is good collateral and practice owners are good credit; the programs we place for them reflect both, with soft credit pulls and decisions in hours on everyday-sized purchases.

Who we fund

  • Dental practices — general, pediatric, orthodontic, oral surgery, and DSO-affiliated offices.
  • Chiropractic and physical-therapy clinics — single-doctor offices through multi-location groups.
  • Veterinary clinics and hospitals — small-animal, mixed, equine, and specialty practices.
  • Optometry and medical specialists — exam lanes, imaging, and in-office procedure equipment.
  • Practices opening a second location — equipment package on one approval, funded to the dealers.

What we finance

  • Dental — A-dec, Midmark, Belmont chairs and delivery units; Planmeca, Carestream, Vatech, Sirona imaging and cone-beam CT; CEREC and Primescan; sterilization; practice-management hardware.
  • Chiropractic — Leander, Lloyd, Zenith, Hill adjusting and flexion tables; decompression; Class IV laser therapy; shockwave; digital X-ray.
  • Veterinary — surgical tables and lights, anesthesia, digital radiography and ultrasound, dental units, in-house lab analyzers, kennels and cages, hydrotherapy.
  • Optometry and physical therapy — exam lanes, OCT, retinal imaging; PT tables, traction, modalities.

New equipment is the norm; several of the programs we use do not take used medical equipment. Aesthetic lasers, med-spa equipment, and body-contouring devices are excluded on most programs and are reviewed separately. Practice acquisitions, buy-ins, and buildings go through our SBA page.

How a typical deal runs

Equipment invoice plus a one-page application. Deals up to about $75,000 for an established practice with strong credit are decided on a soft pull, usually the same day, with no tax returns. Larger packages, a full operatory build-out or an imaging suite, are underwritten with financials.

How much down

The ranges below are reference points so you know roughly where a file lands — they are not a rate sheet. We review every situation individually, and once we've seen your file we'll tell you exactly what the down payment is.

  • Established practice, 700+ credit, prior commercial financing paid as agreed: low or zero down is on the table.
  • Established practice, strong credit, first commercial financing: around 10% down.
  • Established practice, credit between 635 and 700: plan on 15% to 25%, and expect the lender to ask about production and the lease.
  • New practice: 700+ personal credit required, with a real down payment.
  • Below 635 credit: Below 635 personal credit is not a file we can place on this type of equipment; the collateral doesn't carry a weak-credit program the way a truck or a piece of yellow iron does.

Every file is reviewed on its own merits. Time in business, bank statements, the specific equipment, and comparable credit all move the number — the tiers above are where files usually start, not where they have to end.

What we don't finance

  • Auction purchases
  • Private-seller purchases
  • Glider trucks
  • Repairs to existing equipment
  • Refinances of current loans (cash-out refi on free-and-clear equipment only — call for details)

Frequently asked

Do you do a hard credit pull? On everyday-sized purchases for an established practice, no — a soft pull and a decision usually the same day.

Do you finance used dental or veterinary equipment? Rarely. Most of the programs we use for practice equipment take new equipment only; refurbished from a manufacturer-authorized dealer is case by case.

What about aesthetic lasers and med-spa equipment? Excluded on most of our programs and reviewed separately. Call and we'll tell you quickly whether a specific device is placeable.

Can I finance a practice purchase or a build-out? Equipment, yes. Acquisitions, buy-ins, and real estate go through SBA structures; see our SBA page.

How large a deal? Soft-pull, same-day decisions to about $75,000. Larger packages with financials, no fixed upper limit.

★★★★★

“I have been in commercial truck sales since 1998 and have dealt with multiple finance companies over the years. I have been working with Spencer at Trust Alliance Capital for about 6 years now. Trust Alliance is my only alternative finance company in the industry. Spencer is absolutely the most personable and responsive person I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all you do.”

“As a new startup, Logan helped me find the easiest financing with little hassle. The whole experience was awesome — especially the ability to walk into a dealership and negotiate a price knowing you have already been approved. Will go this route from now on.”
