Mazak financing — INTEGREX, QUICK TURN, VARIAXIS on the shop floor.
The INTEGREX i-200S doing turn-and-mill in one setup for an aerospace supplier. The VARIAXIS 5-axis running a medical implant program. The QUICK TURN production cell that runs lights-out. Mazak machines pay back — we build the deal so the payment lines up with what the machine actually earns.
Who we fund
Aerospace suppliers
AS9100 shops running Ti and Inconel for prime contractors. INTEGREX and VARIAXIS deals paired with in-process probing and tool life management.
Medical device shops
Implant, instrument, and enclosure work. Done-in-one on the INTEGREX i-100 or i-200S. FDA-registered facilities with the paper trail lenders want to see.
Energy and oilfield shops
Big-bore QUICK TURN turning centers, MEGATURN vertical lathes for downhole components and pump work. Cyclical revenue we know how to underwrite.
Mold and die shops
VARIAXIS 5-axis for complex cavities. High-precision graphite EDM electrode work paired with wire and sinker EDM on separate deals.
Established production shops
Multi-machine QUICK TURN cells with gantry or bar feed. Fleet expansion — machine three, five, ten. App-only up to a certain size; larger runs full financials.
Shops trading up on control
MATRIX or SMOOTH-G machines going out, new SMOOTH Ai coming in. Rolls trade payoff into the new deal when the trade valuation supports it.
How much down?
- 700+ credit, established shop: around 10% down. Sometimes less on strong AS9100 or ISO 13485 files with clean financials.
- 620-700: around 20% down. Shorter term or a personal guarantor pulls pricing.
- Below 620: 25-35% down, and the machine has to fit the story — production work with proven revenue, not aspirational capacity.
Large-ticket INTEGREX and VARIAXIS deals usually run full financials rather than app-only. Adds a few days, opens better pricing.
