Gym equipment financing for commercial training facilities — the whole build-out, one approval.

A full Rogue rack-and-rig order shipping by the truckload. A cardio deck of Life Fitness or Precor treadmills. Hammer Strength plate-loaded lines, Eleiko competition platforms, turf, flooring, and the storage to put it all away. We finance the complete fit-out of a commercial facility on one approval, paid direct to the manufacturer or dealer. Established gyms, trainers opening a second location, and franchisees fitting out a new unit. Real person on the phone, three-minute answer.

Commercial use only — read this first

We finance equipment that earns revenue in a commercial facility: a membership gym, a personal-training or group-training studio, a CrossFit or strength box, a sports-performance center, a hotel or corporate fitness room, a physical-therapy clinic.

We do not finance home gyms, garage gyms, or personal-use equipment, even when the purchase runs through an LLC. If you are outfitting your own house, the manufacturer's consumer financing is the right tool. This page is for operators with a lease, a membership roster, or a client list.

Who we fund

  • Established gyms and studios adding a strength floor, replacing a cardio deck, or expanding into the suite next door.
  • Trainers and coaches opening a second or third location who already run a profitable first one.
  • Franchise locations — new units and refreshes for national fitness franchise systems, where the franchisor's equipment package is specified.
  • Sports-performance and athletic-training facilities — high-school and college-adjacent, private team training.
  • Hotels, apartment communities, corporate wellness rooms, and clinics buying commercial-grade equipment for their members or patients.

Brand-new facilities with no operating history need 700+ personal credit, a signed lease, and a real down payment. Fitness equipment doesn't carry the resale value of a truck or yellow iron, so on a startup file the lender is lending on the owner.

What we finance

  • Strength and rigs — Rogue Monster and Monster Lite racks and rigs, Infinity rigs, platforms, bars and bumper plates, dumbbell and kettlebell sets, Monster Mass storage. Full-truckload orders fund as one package.
  • Plate-loaded and selectorized lines — Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Cybex, Hoist, Arsenal Strength, Prime.
  • Cardio — Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix, Technogym, Woodway treadmills; Concept2 rowers and ergs; Assault and Rogue Echo bikes; stair climbers.
  • Competition and specialty — Eleiko and Rogue competition bars and platforms, sleds, GHDs, reverse hypers, turf lanes, rubber flooring, mirrors, and audio when they are part of the equipment order.
  • Recovery and clinic equipment — in a facility that bills for it: cold plunges, saunas, compression, and PT tables.

New equipment is the norm for fitness. Used commercial equipment from a dealer with a reconditioning program is considered. We do not finance private-party purchases.

Funded direct to the manufacturer, before the production slot closes

Rogue, Eleiko, Hammer Strength, and the cardio manufacturers build to order and ship by the truckload. The approval needs to be in hand when you accept the quote, not after. We fund direct to the manufacturer or dealer on their standard invoice, and we work the lease paperwork with your landlord while the order is in production.

How much down

The ranges below are reference points so you know roughly where a file lands — they are not a rate sheet. We review every situation individually, and once we've seen your file we'll tell you exactly what the down payment is.

  • Established facility, 700+ credit, prior commercial financing paid as agreed: low or zero down is on the table.
  • Established facility, strong credit, first commercial financing: around 10% down.
  • Established facility, credit between 635 and 700: plan on 20% or more. Fitness is a business the lenders underwrite on the operator more than the iron.
  • New facility: 700+ personal credit required, with a real down payment.
  • Below 635 credit: Below 635 personal credit is not a file we can place on this type of equipment; the collateral doesn't carry a weak-credit program the way a truck or a piece of yellow iron does.

Every file is reviewed on its own merits. Time in business, bank statements, the lease, and comparable credit all move the number — the tiers above are where files usually start, not where they have to end.

Leased space

Most gyms are in leased buildings. Free-standing equipment (racks, cardio, plate-loaded) does not need the landlord involved. If the package is large or includes anything bolted into the building — rig anchors, flooring, mirrors, turf — expect the lender to ask for a copy of the lease and, on bigger deals, a landlord waiver. We handle that paperwork with you and the landlord; it is routine, and it keeps the landlord from claiming your equipment if the lease ever ends badly.

What this looks like in practice

A Utah strength-and-conditioning facility recently financed a full Rogue custom-quote build-out through us: racks, rigs, platforms, bars, plates, and storage, shipped as a full truckload. The owner had a commercial facility, a membership roster, and clean credit. Approved and documented in days, funded direct to the manufacturer, and the equipment was on the floor before the first class of the new session.

What we don't finance

  • Auction purchases
  • Private-seller purchases
  • Glider trucks
  • Repairs to existing equipment
  • Refinances of current loans (cash-out refi on free-and-clear equipment only — call for details)

Frequently asked

Do you finance Rogue equipment? Yes. We fund Rogue custom quotes and online orders direct to Rogue, as long as the equipment is going into a commercial facility. Send us the quote and the application; approvals typically come back in 24 to 48 hours.

Can I finance a home gym through my business? No. Commercial use in a commercial facility only.

Do you finance franchise fit-outs? Yes — the equipment package specified by the franchisor, for new units and remodels.

How fast? App-only files approve in 24 to 48 hours and fund in 3 to 5 business days from a complete application. Manufacturers build to order, so getting the approval in before you accept the quote keeps the production slot.

Lease or loan? Both. Most operators choose an equipment finance agreement, where you own the equipment and there is no blanket lien on the business. True leases and $1-buyout leases are available when your CPA prefers the tax treatment.

★★★★★

“I have been in commercial truck sales since 1998 and have dealt with multiple finance companies over the years. I have been working with Spencer at Trust Alliance Capital for about 6 years now. Trust Alliance is my only alternative finance company in the industry. Spencer is absolutely the most personable and responsive person I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all you do.”

“As a new startup, Logan helped me find the easiest financing with little hassle. The whole experience was awesome — especially the ability to walk into a dealership and negotiate a price knowing you have already been approved. Will go this route from now on.”
