Laundromat equipment financing — the retool, the build-out, or the next store.
An established laundromat owner replacing twenty top-loaders with high-efficiency front-loaders. A two-store operator building out a third location in a leased strip center. A hotel or care facility adding an on-premise laundry. Laundry equipment is a distributor-sold, installed package, and we finance it that way: washers, dryers, payment system, water heating, and installation on one approval, funded direct to the distributor.
Who we fund
- Established laundromat owners — retooling a store, adding capacity, or converting to card and app payment.
- Multi-store operators — building out the next location on one approval.
- Hotels, care facilities, and athletic clubs — on-premise laundry rooms.
- Wash-and-fold and commercial laundry services — high-capacity washers, dryers, and finishing equipment.
- New stores — 700+ personal credit, a signed lease, and a real down payment. Laundry equipment is not high-resale collateral, so on a startup file the lender is lending on the owner.
What we finance
- Commercial washers — Speed Queen, Dexter, Continental Girbau, Huebsch, UniMac, Wascomat, Electrolux, Maytag Commercial. Front-load, hard-mount, and soft-mount, 20 to 100 lb.
- Dryers — stacked and single-pocket tumble dryers, gas and electric, 30 to 75 lb.
- Payment systems — card, app, and coin systems from the equipment distributor as part of the package.
- Water heating and utilities — water heaters, boilers, water-reuse systems, and the installation that ties them in.
- Store equipment — folding tables, carts, vending and soap machines, seating, and signage when they are on the distributor's invoice.
- Full build-outs and retools — the complete package for a new store or a store-wide equipment replacement, on one approval.
New equipment from a distributor is the norm. Distributor-reconditioned used equipment is considered. We do not finance private-party purchases.
Leased space, installed equipment
Almost every laundromat is in a leased building, and washers are bolted down and plumbed in. Expect the lender to ask for a copy of the lease and, on larger packages, a landlord waiver; we handle that paperwork with you and the landlord. Installation, plumbing, and electrical on the distributor's invoice fund as part of the package.
How much down
The ranges below are reference points so you know roughly where a file lands — they are not a rate sheet. We review every situation individually, and once we've seen your file we'll tell you exactly what the down payment is.
- Established operator, 700+ credit, prior commercial financing paid as agreed: low or zero down is on the table.
- Established operator, strong credit, first commercial financing: around 10% down.
- Established operator, credit between 635 and 700: plan on 15% to 25%.
- New store: 700+ personal credit required, with a real down payment.
- Below 635 credit: Below 635 personal credit is not a file we can place on this type of equipment; the collateral doesn't carry a weak-credit program the way a truck or a piece of yellow iron does.
Every file is reviewed on its own merits. Time in business, bank statements, the specific equipment, and comparable credit all move the number — the tiers above are where files usually start, not where they have to end.
What we don't finance
- Auction purchases
- Private-seller purchases
- Glider trucks
- Repairs to existing equipment
- Refinances of current loans (cash-out refi on free-and-clear equipment only — call for details)
Frequently asked
Can you finance a full laundromat build-out? Yes. The washers, dryers, payment system, water heating, and installation on the distributor's invoice fund as one package on one approval.
Do you finance used laundry equipment? Distributor-reconditioned equipment is considered. We do not finance private-party purchases.
What about a brand-new laundromat? A new store needs 700+ personal credit, a signed lease, and a real down payment. Laundry equipment is not high-resale collateral, so the lender is underwriting the owner.
Leased building? Expect the lender to ask for the lease and, on larger packages, a landlord waiver. Routine; we handle it with you.
How large a deal? Application-only approvals typically run to $250,000; full build-outs are underwritten with financials, with no fixed upper limit.
How fast? Approvals in 24 to 48 hours on application-only files; funding in 3 to 5 business days from a complete application. Distributors build to order, so get the approval in before you accept the quote.

“I have been in commercial truck sales since 1998 and have dealt with multiple finance companies over the years. I have been working with Spencer at Trust Alliance Capital for about 6 years now. Trust Alliance is my only alternative finance company in the industry. Spencer is absolutely the most personable and responsive person I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all you do.”

“As a new startup, Logan helped me find the easiest financing with little hassle. The whole experience was awesome — especially the ability to walk into a dealership and negotiate a price knowing you have already been approved. Will go this route from now on.”
