Mobile service equipment financing — from a first food trailer to a fleet of grooming vans.
Food trucks, food trailers, mobile auto repair rigs, mobile pet grooming vans, mobile detailing units, mobile car wash trailers, custom-built mobile service vehicles. 22 years funding skilled-trade operators going independent — chefs starting food trucks, groomers leaving salons, technicians launching mobile mechanical work, detailers going on their own. We know how to structure a build-out timeline so the deposit gets to the builder and the balance funds on delivery. A real person picks up the phone.

What we finance
Mobile-service equipment is custom-built, vendor-fragmented, and rarely off-the-shelf. We finance the categories below across the country, working with any builder or upfitter.
Food Trucks & Food Trailers
Step vans, box trucks, custom trailers from regional builders. New and used. 8–16 week build timelines accommodated through prefund or customer-deposit structures.
Mobile Auto Repair Rigs
Service body trucks (Ford F-450/550, Ram 4500/5500, Isuzu NPR) with hydraulic lifts, generators, air compressors, fluid storage, parts bins. Trailers with the same build-out for shop-on-wheels work.
Mobile Pet Grooming Vans
Wag'n Tails, Ultimate Groom Trucks, Mobile Pet Care Vans, custom Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit conversions. Built-in tubs, dryers, water tanks, generators, climate control.
Mobile Detailing Units
Trailer or van based with pressure washers, water tanks, recovery systems, steamers, generator power. Single-bay solo operators up to multi-tech enterprise units.
Mobile Car Wash Trailers
Reclaim water systems, hot-water pressure washers, generator and tank packages. Built for high-volume fleet wash and on-site dealer wash contracts.
Custom Mobile Service Builds
Mobile barber and salon suites, mobile mechanic, mobile tire service, mobile windshield repair, mobile bike repair — if it's a service business that comes to the customer, we finance the rig.
The build-out timeline — and how we get the deposit to the builder
Mobile equipment is rarely off-the-shelf. A food truck takes 8–16 weeks to build. A mobile pet grooming van runs 6–12 weeks. A mobile auto repair rig with lifts, generator, and fluid storage built in can run 10–14 weeks. The build timeline is what makes these deals harder than a standard equipment loan — the builder needs a deposit at order to cover materials and labor, and the customer can't pay the balance until the unit is operating.
Two paths through the build timeline:
- Prefunding — On good-credit deals, we have lenders who will fund the deposit at order so the builder can start your unit. The full balance funds at delivery on confirmation of completion. You sign once, the deposit goes out, the build runs, and the balance closes when the unit is ready. Available on good credit only — we cannot prefund on a challenged-credit file.
- Customer deposit + fund at delivery — On challenged-credit deals, you cover the deposit yourself (typically 40% down at order), and we fund the balance at delivery on the final invoice. The larger down payment is the structure that makes a thin-file or rough-credit mobile deal fundable.
Either way, the build gets done and the unit funds. We walk you through which path your file qualifies for in about three minutes on the phone — before you commit to anything.
Skilled-trade operator going independent — exactly the deal banks fumble
The pattern we see again and again: a chef with ten years in a kitchen ready to launch a food truck. A groomer with eight years in a salon ready to operate independently. A technician with a decade at a dealership ready to launch mobile mechanical work. A detailer who's been doing weekend jobs and is ready to go full-time. Skilled-trade operators with strong industry experience, a real plan, and the equipment picked out.
Then the bank pulls up a 90-day-old EIN, no business history, and a build-out timeline that doesn't fit a standard equipment loan — and declines. The builder won't start the unit without a deposit. The deal stalls.
That's our business. We've been funding skilled operators going independent for 22 years. The build-out structure, the deposit-and-balance timeline, the documentation lenders actually need — we know it cold.

Who we fund
- Good-credit startups going independent. Chef, groomer, technician, detailer with strong personal credit and a clean file launching their own mobile-service business. Prefunding available on this profile — deposit funds at order, balance funds at delivery.
- Challenged-credit operators with a real plan. Same skilled-trade background, but credit has scars. We work this as a 40%-down fund-at-delivery deal. The down payment is the structure that gets the deal approved when credit alone wouldn't.
- Established mobile-service businesses scaling fleets. Single-truck operator adding the second food trailer, the second grooming van, the second detailing rig. App-only programs, broader lender access, often the fastest closes in our book.
- Mobile builders, upfitters, and trailer fabricators. Regional builders without an established broker relationship — we work directly with vendors who want a financing partner that closes orders.
How we structure mobile service deals
- You call us or send the application. Three-minute phone diagnosis or 60-second pre-qual form.
- We diagnose the path — prefund or customer-deposit-plus-fund-at-delivery — based on credit, time in business, build timeline, and the specific builder.
- We bring real terms. Not "rate starts at" marketing numbers. Down payment, monthly payment, term, build timeline, and what we'd need to close.
- You sign once, the build runs, the unit funds. On a prefund deal, the deposit goes to the builder at order and the balance closes at delivery. On a customer-deposit deal, you pay the deposit and we fund the balance at delivery. Either way, the unit gets built and you get to work.
